I.C.T Prepares Complete SMT Production Line for European Customer

I.C.T is pleased to announce the latest progress of a new SMT production line project for our European Customer. After careful planning and technical communication, the Customer purchased a complete SMT production solution from I.C.T, including SMT printing machine, reflow oven, AOI inspection system, and other supporting equipment, together with a used Yamaha pick and place machine according to the Customer’s specific requirements.

For this project, the Customer specifically selected Yamaha placement equipment due to its proven stability, precision, and performance in electronics manufacturing. To meet the Customer’s expectations, I.C.T arranged the Yamaha pick and place machine together with the complete SMT line equipment and carried out professional inspection, adjustment, and preparation before shipment.

All equipment has now arrived at the I.C.T factory and entered the final testing stage. Our engineer Roka is responsible for equipment debugging and verification, carefully checking machine operation, communication, production parameters, and overall line compatibility. The goal is to ensure every machine can work smoothly together as a complete production system before delivery to the Customer’s factory.

Building a stable SMT production line is not only about providing individual machines, but also about ensuring that all processes are properly connected. From solder paste printing, component placement, reflow soldering, to automatic optical inspection, each stage plays an important role in achieving high-quality PCB assembly.
