I.C.T Engineer Provides Onsite Technical Support For U.S. Electronics Customer

I.C.T recently provided onsite technical support for a customer in the United States, helping the customer improve equipment readiness and production stability. The service visit focused on key process equipment used in electronics manufacturing, including conformal coating, reflow soldering, and PCB routing.

During the visit, I.C.T's technical engineer worked closely with the customer's team to inspect the SMT conformal coating line, review operating conditions, and support process preparation. The support also covered the SMT reflow oven, where the engineer checked machine operation and helped the customer confirm stable soldering performance for production needs.

In addition, the engineer provided technical guidance for the SMT PCBA router machine, supporting routing accuracy, handling requirements, and daily operation procedures. Through onsite communication, equipment checks, and practical training, I.C.T helped the customer better understand each process and prepare the line for reliable use.
