I.C.T Engineer Andy Heads to India for SMT & DIP Technical Support

I.C.T engineer Andy has arrived in India and met with our local partner’s engineer to begin a new round of technical support for an electronics manufacturing customer.

During this visit, Andy will work together with the local engineer at the customer’s factory to provide equipment assembly guidance and hands-on training for the SMT and DIP production equipment. The goal is to help the customer complete the equipment setup smoothly while ensuring the engineering team understands the correct installation and operation procedures.

In addition to the planned installation training, the team will also address several minor after-sales issues during the visit. This provides an excellent opportunity to solve current production concerns while strengthening the local technical support team.

The local engineer has solid experience with many SMT systems but has had less hands-on experience troubleshooting certain issues related to wave soldering and conformal coating equipment. Therefore, Andy will also share practical troubleshooting methods and maintenance experience during the customer service visit.

Through this joint service approach, I.C.T aims to provide faster local support for customers while continuously improving the technical capabilities of our global service partners.
