I.C.T is currently aging three IR curing ovens for a U.S. customer as part of a complete three-line conformal coating project. The basic inspection work for the ovens has been completed, and the equipment is now moving through the next stage of reliability verification before delivery.
Each IR curing oven has gone through I.C.T's standard inspection process, including checks on machine appearance, electrical safety, heating performance, conveyor movement, and operating stability. These basic tests help confirm that every unit meets the required production and quality standards before it becomes part of the complete coating line.
Aging is an important step for equipment used in continuous production. During this process, the ovens run for an extended period to help engineers observe temperature consistency, component stability, and overall operating performance. This gives the team more confidence that the machines can support real factory use after installation.
For I.C.T, testing a single machine is only one part of the quality control process. After each individual unit passes inspection, the team also connects and tests the full conformal coating line. This includes checking machine-to-machine transfer, line balance, communication between equipment, and the smooth flow of PCBs through the entire system.
