Installing a production line is not the end of an I.C.T project. As a Customer’s business develops, production volume may increase, new products may be introduced, and existing equipment may need to handle more complex manufacturing requirements. I.C.T continues to support Customers through these changes by providing practical hardware and software upgrade services based on their existing production conditions.
When a Customer plans to expand production, our engineering team first reviews the current equipment configuration, production capacity, PCB and component specifications, factory layout, and future output targets. In many cases, there is no need to replace the complete line. Existing equipment may be upgraded with more suitable feeders, cameras, nozzles, control modules, inspection functions, or other key components. This approach helps improve equipment performance while making better use of the Customer’s original investment.
If the current equipment has reached its capacity or compatibility limit, I.C.T can also recommend other machine models with a better balance of performance and cost. The recommendation is not based only on maximum speed. We also consider product variety, changeover frequency, component range, available factory space, production stability, maintenance requirements, and future expansion plans. New equipment can then be integrated with the existing line to improve overall capacity without creating unnecessary changes to the production process.
Software upgrades are another important part of our long-term support. Depending on the equipment configuration and actual production requirements, I.C.T can provide continued software optimization and function updates. Support may include component database management, production data collection, traceability functions, MES connectivity, remote monitoring, and communication between different machines. These upgrades help Customers improve production visibility and manage the line more efficiently as their factory develops.
Customers can contact I.C.T whenever they are preparing to launch a new product, increase output, add another production line, or upgrade an existing machine. By reviewing the current situation before recommending changes, we can provide a more practical expansion plan and help avoid unnecessary equipment replacement.
For I.C.T, long-term service means growing together with our Customers. From the first production line to future capacity expansion, equipment upgrades, and software support, our team remains available to help Customers build a production system that can develop with their business.
