In August 2025, I.C.T dispatched its engineering team to Mexico to support a leading manufacturer in the industrial power supplies and controllers industry. The customer had recently purchased an In-line Vertical Curing Oven together with an AC480V to AC380V transformer, aiming to upgrade their production line with more reliable curing capacity and stable power conversion. This project is part of I.C.T commitment to providing global SMT technical support and helping customers optimize their manufacturing processes.
The core of this project was the setup of an In-line Vertical Curing Oven, an advanced piece of vertical curing equipment that provides efficient and space-saving curing for PCB assemblies. Compared with conventional horizontal ovens, the PCB vertical curing oven takes up less factory floor space while still delivering high throughput.
Our engineers carried out the full installation process step by step:
