Ensuring Top Quality: I.C.T’s Rigorous Pre-Shipment Equipment Testing And Inspection

Today, March 26th, several of I.C.T's engineers are abroad providing on-site installation and training services for our customers, ensuring smooth equipment operation. Meanwhile, at our headquarters, even though many engineers are out of the office, they continue to work diligently on equipment testing, sample production, and other tasks to ensure everything is running smoothly before shipment.

The image shows one of our engineers at the I.C.T headquarters, inspecting the basic functionality of our equipment. Before each piece of equipment is shipped, we conduct thorough checks, including appearance inspection, functionality tests, aging tests, and verifying accessory quantities. If any issues are found, we address them promptly to ensure everything is in perfect condition.

For example, just two weeks ago, we discovered an issue with one of our nitrogen reflow ovens. The nitrogen kept leaking, making it difficult to maintain the proper concentration. Our production team didn’t rush to ship the unit but instead disassembled the oven completely, checking everything from top to bottom until the problem was identified and fixed. This commitment to quality ensures that we can confidently guarantee the performance of our products before delivery.
