I.C.T has received all equipment for two DIP production lines ordered by an Italian customer, and the project has now moved into the full inspection and testing stage before shipment. Our engineering team is checking every machine one by one to make sure each unit is ready for stable operation after installation at the customer's factory.
The inspection process includes appearance checks, functional testing, and production testing. During the appearance inspection, engineers review the machine body, wiring, safety markings, conveyor sections, control panels, and key mechanical parts. Functional testing then confirms that each system starts correctly, responds properly to operator settings, and runs smoothly through the required operating sequence.
Production testing is an important part of this delivery process. For equipment such as the wave soldering machine, I.C.T does not stop at a basic power-on check. Our team fully melts the solder bars and runs the machine under real working conditions to confirm temperature stability, solder wave performance, conveyor movement, and overall production reliability.
This careful testing helps reduce installation risk and gives the customer more confidence before the lines are shipped. Once every machine has passed inspection, the two DIP production lines will be prepared for packing and delivery to Italy. I.C.T will continue to follow the project through shipment, installation support, and after-sales service to help the customer bring the new production lines into operation smoothly.
