| I.C.T-6534 Fully Automatic Solder Paste Printer
The I.C.T-6534 Fully Automatic Solder Paste Printer is the new standard for fast and accurate SMT printing. It finishes one cycle in less than 7 seconds and changes products in under 5 minutes. This Auto Solder Paste Printer handles PCB sizes from 50×50mm to 650×340mm and works with LED TV, set-top boxes, car electronics and more. Standard 2D inspection finds printing problems instantly. Dry, wet or vacuum cleaning keeps the stencil perfect every time. Users love the simple Windows 10 software and strong Japanese-German parts that last for years.
| Feature
The special bridge design keeps the squeegee stable even at high speed. Two Panasonic motors control each squeegee separately. Real-time pressure sensors balance force automatically, so every board gets perfect solder paste.
Motor drives move PCBs smoothly up to 1500mm/s. Side clamps or vacuum hold boards without damage. Anti-collision sensors stop the line if anything goes wrong. Left-right or right-left direction is free to choose.
Choose dry, wet or vacuum cleaning. Special spray system uses little alcohol and paper. Strong vacuum motor removes all paste from stencil holes. Software counts paper usage to save money.
