The RS-1R runs at 47,000 CPH optimum, with ±35µm accuracy. It takes boards up to 650×370mm in single clamp or larger in double. The RS-1XL extends to 650×560mm boards, good for wide panels. Both use Takumi heads for flexible placement. They handle 0201 parts up to 74mm or 150×50mm. Max feeders reach 112. Machines stay compact for line setups. RX-7R / RX-8 Series Features

The RX-7R achieves 75,000 CPH for chips, with P16 heads and ±0.04mm accuracy. It places 03015 to 5mm parts, or up to 25mm square on other heads. Board size goes to 510×450mm single lane. The RX-8 hits 100,000 CPH with P20 head. It focuses on tiny chips in high density. Both have 998mm width for tight spaces. Dual lanes and smart monitoring cut downtime. Low-impact placement avoids damage. These suit high-volume runs of small components like in phones or lights. The narrow build gives top output per square meter.
