New cooling zone quick-adjusts for different slopes, easily meets various cooling needs. Hot air maintenance independently controlled, hot air motors inverter-controlled, jet heating frequencies depending on different technologies to meet lead-free processes.

Machine zero gas source design, furnace cover motor lifting safety rod support, providing significant security. Imported main parts ensure equipment runs smoothly, lower maintenance cost. Customers can choose optional flux processing system according to own production features to ensure furnace chamber clean. Closed-loop transmission speed control system, transportation accuracy ±2mm/min, ensuring more stable transmission speed. External water cooling system optional.
