The first week of the 2025 Alibaba Mega Sales Campaign is in the books, and Team I.C.T has come out swinging. With the theme “United to Ride the Wave” guiding us, we’ve spent these first days turning momentum into real results — and the numbers speak for themselves.
From August 4th to 10th, our sales team worked around the clock, connecting with customers across multiple time zones, customizing solutions, and making sure every quote and technical question got answered fast. The result? Orders from three continents in just one week.
Aug 4 – First Win of the Campaign
Jenny opened the scoreboard with our very first order of the campaign — a brand-new customer in Portugal. This wasn’t just a sale; it was the first bridge to a new long-term partnership.

Mira secured an order from Mexico for a curve PCB separator — but that’s not all. The customer requested a complete MES system upgrade and custom jigs, making this a highly specialized project that will add real value to their production line.
Fiona’s Precision Parts Deal
Fiona closed a deal with a U.S. customer for printer spare parts. It might sound small, but these components are mission-critical to keep production lines running without downtime.
Jenny Scores Again
Just days after her Portugal win, Jenny struck again — this time in the U.S. market, delivering a programming machine order for a client upgrading their production capabilities.
Lisa’s Factory Support Order
Lisa wrapped up the week with an order from another U.S. customer for conveyor belt parts for an aisle gate. Keeping customer factories running smoothly is just as important as delivering big-ticket equipment.
In just seven days, we’ve already reached new customers, strengthened relationships with existing ones, and showcased the flexibility of I.C.T — from full SMT line solutions to essential spare parts. This mix of projects proves one thing: our global reach is matched only by our ability to adapt to customer needs.
The team spirit has been incredible. Sales, engineering, and after-sales teams have been working side by side, making sure every project is clearly defined, technically accurate, and ready for smooth delivery.
With two full months in this campaign, Week 1 is just the warm-up. We’ve set a solid foundation, and now the goal is to build on this momentum. More regions, more industries, and more complex solutions are on the horizon.
