Introduction
SMT PCB Translational Vacuum Loader

1. European standard aluminum alloy and steel plate, aggravated structural design.

2. Touch screen and PLC control. 

3.The vacuum loader structure is fully enclosed to ensure the safe level of operation. 

4.Adjust the position of the suction nozzle to ensure the circuit boards is clamped. 

5.Parallel and smooth width adjustment(lead screw). 

6.Smooth and precise translation (stepper motor). 

7.Minimize clearance between conveyor.

FAQ


Q: Can I select Vacuum Loader for LED Panel Board?
A: Yes, generally LED boards are single-panel, which meets the condition of being able to use Vacuum loader, and if your LED board is longer and can reach more than 80cm, then you have to use Vacuum loader, because ordinary magazines are not that long.


Q: Can you tell us how Vacuum loader works?
A: The working principle of Vacuum loader is not complicated, the SMT operator puts up to 400 pieces of PCBs on the PCB platform, stacks them neatly, then the device will start and 6-8 suction nozzles will suck up the PCBs by themselves and place them on the track. The boards are then pushed into the SMT press.
