| Wave Soldering Belt Unloader Introduction
The Wave Soldering Belt Unloader is used after the wave soldering machine in a DIP or THT assembly line. After PCBs pass through fluxing, preheating, and soldering, the board temperature is still high. This machine receives the soldered PCBs and moves them to the next process in a safer and more stable way. It uses a high-temperature antistatic belt, motor-driven transfer, cooling fan design, and a strong steel body. The standard machine size is 12004851400 mm, and the PCB width supports 50–400 mm. It can also be customized for different board sizes, factory layouts, and production needs.
| Product Features In DIP Line
The Wave Loader is placed before the wave soldering machine in a DIP production line. Its main role is to receive PCBs from the manual insertion line, automatic insertion machine, or conveyor, and then send them into the wave soldering process at a stable speed. The machine uses a solid aluminum frame, adjustable rail width, and motor control to support smooth PCB loading. It can handle PCB width from 50 to 350 mm and PCB thickness from 0.6 to 6.0 mm. The rail width is adjusted by a stainless steel screw, which makes product changeover easier for operators. As part of a complete DIP line, the loader helps reduce manual handling, improve process connection, and keep PCB movement more stable before soldering.

The Wave Unloader is installed after the wave soldering machine. After soldering, PCBs are still hot and need to be moved safely to the next process. The unloader receives the soldered boards and transfers them forward for cooling, DIP AOI inspection, manual repair, testing, or final assembly. It uses a high-temperature antistatic belt, fan cooling design, and rugged steel structure to support stable post-soldering transfer. The PCB width supports 50 to 400 mm and can be customized according to the Customer’s product. In the DIP line, the Wave Unloader helps protect hot PCBs, reduce direct operator contact, and make the back-end production flow smoother.

| Customer Success Video
In Uzbekistan, I.C.T provided SMT and DIP line installation support for a Customer building a large electronics manufacturing factory. The factory produces computer motherboards, SSD products, and memory-related products. The SMT line included the I.C.T-5151 stencil printer, four SMT pick and place machines, Lyra series reflow ovens, SPI, AOI, and PCB handling systems. The DIP line included a manual insertion line, JUKI odd-form insertion machine, I.C.T-Acrab350 wave soldering machine, and conveyor systems. I.C.T engineers supported the project from early planning to installation, debugging, and production testing. After the test, the Customer gave good feedback on I.C.T service, quick response, machine quality, and the final production result.
| Comprehensive Service Support
I.C.T provides service for the full DIP line, not only for one machine. Before shipment, our team checks the machine frame, belt movement, fan cooling, control system, PCB direction, power supply, and packaging condition. During onsite support, engineers help connect the unloader with the wave soldering machine and the next process equipment. Training usually covers machine start-up, shutdown, belt checking, height adjustment, speed setting, fan checking, daily cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. For Customers building a new production line, this support is very important. It helps the team understand the equipment faster and move from installation to real production with less risk.
| What Clients Say
Customers often say I.C.T engineers are patient, professional, and easy to communicate with during installation and training. They also like the stable equipment structure, practical design, and clear line layout. For overseas shipment, I.C.T uses strong export packaging to protect machines during long-distance transport. When Customers have questions about line connection, machine setting, or production testing, our team responds quickly and follows up until the problem is solved. This is why many Customers choose I.C.T again when they need more SMT, DIP, or coating line equipment.
