In August 2025, I.C.T engineers traveled to Mexico to provide professional technical support for an EMS manufacturer. The project included installation and training for the PCBA Cleaning Machine I.C.T-5600L, the Pure Water Machine I.C.T-DI250, and an Ion Contamination Tester. In August 2025, I.C.T engineers visited Mexico to provide on-site installation and training for a customer in the industrial power supplies and controllers industry. The project covered the setup of an In-line Vertical Curing Oven and an AC480V to AC380V transformer, ensuring efficient curing performance, stable power conversion, and smooth production for the customer’s factory.

I.C.T engineers travelled to the Philippines to support a semiconductor manufacturer with the installation and training of an ultrasonic cleaning machine. The service included setup, operator training, documentation handover, and trial production, ensuring the machine was ready for high-quality semiconductor cleaning applications.

I.C.T recently delivered on-site technical support to an EMS manufacturer in Indonesia, helping them install and operate the I.C.T-5700M dual-head router depaneling machine. This marks their second collaboration, following a successful conformal coating machine project. The support included installation, programming, training, and test production—ensuring stable, precise PCB cutting for their PCBA line.

In January 2025, I.C.T sent a professional field engineer to Turkey to deliver on-site installation and technical training services for one of the country's largest lighting manufacturers. The visit focused on installing a new dispensing machine, maintaining existing SMT equipment, and upskilling the customer’s engineering team. This hands-on support reflects I.C.T’s ongoing commitment to global customers through responsive, overseas technical service.
