I.C.T sent engineer Tony to India to support a computer motherboard manufacturer with new equipment integration, troubleshooting, process training, and production verification.

I.C.T completed the delivery, installation, and on-site training of a full SMT & DIP production line for a power supply manufacturing project in Kazakhstan. After the equipment arrived at the Customer’s factory, I.C.T engineers Andy and Billy provided overseas technical support, including machine positioning, hardware installation, software setup, process testing, SMT operation training, AOI inspection training, DIP line guidance, wave soldering training, and basic maintenance instruction. With I.C.T’s support, the Customer’s engineering team gained the ability to operate the full line more confidently and prepare for stable power supply PCB assembly production.

I.C.T successfully delivered a complete SMT production line to a smartphone manufacturer in Algeria. To ensure a smooth startup and stable production, I.C.T dispatched an experienced SMT engineer to the customer's factory to provide on-site installation, commissioning, technical training, and production support.

I.C.T successfully delivered a fully automated SMT line solution to a leading automotive electronics manufacturer in Portugal. The project included the installation of a stencil printer, SPI, and pick-and-place machines, followed by comprehensive technical support and training for the client’s production team. The result was a smooth transition to upgraded equipment, enabling the client to meet their production goals with improved efficiency and minimal downtime.

This article introduces a complete SMT production line project delivered in Germany for LED manufacturing. It covers the full process from equipment installation and system integration to on-site engineer training and trial production. With structured technical support, the customer successfully achieved stable production and gained the ability to operate the SMT line independently.
