I.C.T successfully delivered a fully automatic SMT production line to a high-end electronics manufacturer in the United Kingdom. After completing the equipment shipment, I.C.T arranged for experienced engineers to travel to the customer’s facility in March 2026. In addition, based on the actual factory layout and available space, I.C.T designed an L-shaped SMT production line to optimize workflow and improve space utilization. The fully automatic SMT production line includes a PCB loader, SMT stencil printer, high-speed pick and place machine, PCB conveyor, PCB turn conveyor, reflow oven, and AOI system. This layout not only ensures smooth material flow but also enhances production efficiency and flexibility.
