SMT Line Delivery and Project Overview

I.C.T successfully delivered a fully automatic SMT production line to a high-end electronics manufacturer in the United Kingdom. In addition, based on the actual factory layout and available space, I.C.T designed an L-shaped SMT production line to optimize workflow and improve space utilization. The fully automatic SMT production line includes a PCB loader, SMT stencil printer, high-speed pick and place machine, PCB conveyor, PCB turn conveyor, reflow oven, and AOI system. This layout not only ensures smooth material flow but also enhances production efficiency and flexibility. With the on-site technical support of I.C.T engineer Peter, the entire SMT line was successfully delivered and put into stable operation.

This L-shaped layout is especially suitable for factories with limited floor space or specific building structures. By optimizing the production flow direction, it reduces unnecessary material movement and shortens the distance between key processes. The complete SMT production line includes a loader, fully automatic solder paste printer, solder paste inspection (SPI) system, high-speed pick and place machines, reflow oven, automated optical inspection (AOI) system, and unloader.
