I.C.T Engineers Complete SMT Line Installation, Debugging And Training in Vietnam

This week, our technical engineers completed a full on-site technical support project in Vietnam for a customer who purchased a complete SMT Line from I.C.T. Covering machine installation, precision debugging, operator training, and trial production, the project was delivered step by step together with the customer's team, and the entire production line is now in daily operation.

During the on-site visit, the I.C.T engineers carried out the mechanical and electrical installation of the whole line, calibrated every machine to the customer's product requirements, and verified the complete process flow from solder paste printing to reflow soldering. They then provided hands-on training for the customer's operators and technicians, covering daily operation, program setup, changeover, and preventive maintenance. Finally, a full trial production run was completed under the guidance of our engineers - the customer's team successfully produced their first PCBA boards, confirming that their new SMT Line meets both yield and quality targets.
