1. Board Loader & Unloader

 Automatically feeds PCBs into the production line and safely removes finished boards for testing, packaging, or further assembly, ensuring smooth material flow and minimal manual handling.

2. Solder Paste Printer

Applies solder paste accurately to every pad, preparing the board for component placement with consistent print quality.

3. SPI (Solder Paste Inspection)

Measures solder paste volume and alignment right after printing to catch defects early and improve first‑pass yield.

5. Reflow Oven
