The assembly conveyor belt line uses a green anti-static PVC belt to move PCBs and semi-finished products through different workstations. This is important for LED TV boards and other electronic products because static electricity may damage sensitive components. The belt width can be adjusted according to the Customer’s production needs, and the transport direction can be set from left to right or right to left. In daily production, the belt helps operators work at a steady rhythm instead of moving boards by hand all the time. This makes the Assembly Line cleaner, safer, and easier to manage for supervisors.
The line can include working tables on both sides, giving operators enough space for manual insertion, checking, assembly, repair, labeling, cable connection, and product preparation. The working table uses plywood with anti-fire surface material, which is suitable for electronics assembly environments. The lighting system uses 40W lamps with section control, helping operators see components, solder joints, labels, and connectors more clearly. For LED TV production, clear lighting and practical table space are very important because operators may need to handle large PCBs, many connectors, and different assembly steps. The SMT Assembly belt Line uses a 40×40 mm aluminum frame structure, 40×60 mm aluminum rail, and stainless steel drive roller. This structure gives the line good stability while keeping the layout flexible. Operation cards can be installed for production instructions, process standards, work orders, or quality notes. The line can also be equipped with common assembly tools, such as tweezers, electric screwdrivers, nippers, hot air guns, soldering stations, wind guns, wire strippers, glue guns, tin suction devices, exhaust hoods, ESD ion fans, ESD boxes, air pipes, and exhaust pipes. I.C.T supported a Customer in Uzbekistan to build a large electronics manufacturing factory for computer motherboards, SSD products, and memory-related products. Although the product was not LED TV, the project shows how I.C.T supports complete electronics production lines from planning to stable output.
