I.C.T has recently completed the delivery of three complete production lines in Saudi Arabia, including SMT production lines, a DIP assembly line and a conformal coating line. The project was designed as a whole-factory solution to support the customer`s expanding electronics manufacturing capacity.
All equipment was supplied, installed and commissioned according to the agreed production layout, ensuring that the lines could be put into stable operation efficiently and safely.
This project marks another successful overseas implementation of I.C.T`s integrated manufacturing solutions in the Middle East market.

The customer is a local electronics manufacturer in Saudi Arabia focusing on wireless modules, power supply units and measurement control boards. These products involve mixed technology PCBs, combining high-density SMT components with through-hole devices and protective coating requirements.
Based on the customer`s actual PCB designs, component types and expected production volume, I.C.T proposed a three-line integrated factory solution. The goal was to achieve stable mass production, reliable soldering quality and long-term flexibility for future product upgrades, rather than a simple equipment supply.
To match the customer`s production needs, I.C.T designed and delivered three coordinated production lines:
SMT production lines for precise placement of SMD components on wireless and control boards
A DIP assembly line to handle through-hole components and wave soldering processes
A conformal coating line to improve product reliability against humidity, dust and environmental stress
The layout and process flow were optimised to reduce manual handling, shorten production cycles and maintain consistent product quality across different product types.

After equipment delivery, I.C.T dispatched experienced engineers to Saudi Arabia to carry out on-site installation, commissioning and training. The engineers worked closely with the customer`s technical team to ensure each machine was correctly installed and integrated into the production flow.
Training covered machine operation, process parameter setting, basic maintenance, fault diagnosis and daily production management. Special attention was given to SMT process control, soldering quality standards and coating process consistency, enabling the customer`s team to operate the lines independently.
The installation and training were completed smoothly, and all three production lines passed on-site acceptance tests. The customer`s operators and engineers were able to run the equipment confidently and begin trial production shortly after commissioning.
