The I.C.T Poison Storage Cabinet is designed to store flammable and toxic materials safely within factories and laboratories. 1.The shell of flammable and toxic products storage cabinet shall be made of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate, and the base of cabinet drawer shall be made of 2.0mm cold-rolled steel plate.
2.The internal and external surfaces are pickled, phosphated, epoxy resin powder sprayed and cured by baking.
3. The inner tank of flammable and toxic products storage cabinet (upper, lower, left, right and partition) adopts solid core plate PP (polypropylene resin)Plate; Built in flame suppression device vents are located on both sides of the cabinet to better maintain ventilation and exhaust.
4.The leak proof liquid tank can prevent the overflow of chemical liquid as much as possible. The bottom of the cabinet is provided with H = 160mm yellow sand baffle, and the interior of the cabinet is the lowest.
5.A landfill cavity capable of storing yellow sand with a thickness of not less than 120mm is reserved in the layer for burying inflammables such as metal sodium and huanglin (Bailin)
6.There are four at the bottom of the cabinet Φ 6mm movable steel wheel is convenient for the movement of flammable and toxic products storage cabinet.
7.The movable adjusting rod facilitates the positioning of flammable and toxic products storage cabinet.
8. There are three layers of stepped solid core physical and chemical plates, movable partitions or PP (polypropylene resin) plates in the middle of the cabinet.
9.The body shall meet the requirements of ventilation, and the step height shall be 50mm.
10. In the middle of the top of the cabinet Φ 150 mm air outlet, 150 mm voltage: 220 V power,30W air volume: 650 / h static pressure: 90pa fan.
