| I.C.T Acrab-Series Wave Soldering Machine
The I.C.T Acrab-series wave soldering machine is a mature and stable lead-free welding solution trusted by customers worldwide. It offers excellent heating efficiency, accurate temperature control, and an energy-saving structure that lowers running costs significantly. Available in three models (350/450/615 mm PCB width), it meets different production needs. Advanced flux spray, long preheating tunnel, stable wave height, and optional nitrogen protection make it perfect for automotive electronics, communication devices, computers, and consumer products. The user-friendly PC+PLC system and tool-free maintenance design help factories achieve higher yield and lower downtime.
| Feature
The spray system uses high-precision Japan Kuroda nozzles and stepper-motor drive for uniform and adjustable flux coating. Drawer-type modular structure with automatic cleaning function keeps the chamber clean and reduces maintenance time. Digital control records all spray parameters, and optional nitrogen flux system turns it into a high-quality Nitrogen Wave Solder Machine.
Three independent preheating zones (1800 mm total length) combine hot air and IR heating. Each zone uses horizontal reflow design and high-temperature insulation cotton to reach set temperature quickly (about 15 minutes) and keep temperature difference within ±2 ℃, giving perfect conditions before soldering.
Patented chain conveyor with heavy-duty double-hook titanium fingers carries PCBs up to 615 mm wide smoothly. Synchronous board-feeding device prevents PCBs from falling. Conveyor speed accuracy reaches ±2 mm/min, and electric width adjustment is available as an option.
Cast-iron solder pot with enamel coating holds 500-700 kg lead-free solder. Dual-wave design keeps wave height stable within 0.5 mm. Automatic dross collection channel and optional nitrogen protection greatly reduce oxidation and dross, saving solder and improving joint quality.
Standard top high-power convection cooling fan quickly drops PCB temperature after soldering. Optional top-and-bottom forced cooling mode is available for thicker boards or higher process requirements. This design prevents component damage and ensures good soldering appearance.
PC+PLC control with simple interface is easy to learn and operate. PID+SSR heating mode gives precise temperature control. Real-time monitoring, alarm record, automatic standby, and emergency manual functions reduce tin oxidation and energy use. The wave soldering machine meets CE/UL standards and runs safely every day.
