Algerian Customers Inspected SMT Line at I.C.T

Welcoming our Algerian customers for SMT line inspection and production testing at I.C.T

Recently, the customers from Algeria, specialising in manufacturing smartphones and feature phones, visited I.C.T factory for an important inspection. They had purchased a full SMT production line from I.C.T and this visit marked a key step before shipment.

The purpose of their visit included:

• Acceptance inspection of all equipment included in their order.

• Full-line production testing to ensure smooth and stable operation.

• Discussion of shipping arrangements, installation, and training plans.

During the visit, the customers carefully checked each machine, including the SMT printer, JUKI pick-and-place machines, reflow oven, PCB conveyors, and AOI inspection equipment. Under the guidance of I.C.T engineers, the entire SMT line was successfully tested with real production running. The equipment performed reliably, meeting all the technical standards and customer expectations.

In addition to the equipment inspection, both sides had detailed discussions on the upcoming shipment schedule, on-site installation and operator training support. I.C.T experienced engineering team will soon travel to Algeria to ensure a smooth installation and provide comprehensive training to the customer's production team.
