The spray drawer slides out fully. Two Japanese Kuroda nozzles use stepper motors for exact control. Flux covers every board evenly. All settings show on screen and stay the same. Automatic cleaning keeps the area clean. 316 stainless steel stops corrosion. Exhaust system stays inside. Close the drawer and the Nitrogen Wave Soldering Machine starts again at once.
Three zones cover 1800 mm total length. Hot air and infrared heat the board together. Temperature reaches 250 ℃ in fifteen minutes. Thick insulation cotton keeps heat steady within two degrees. Each zone uses drawer design for quick change. No tools needed. Optional top preheat helps with thick boards. The system prepares every board perfectly for soldering.
