I.C.T recently sent a team of technical engineers to Nigeria to provide on-site support for a customer’s SMT production line. The service covered equipment installation review, line connection checks, process adjustment, operator training, and trial production support. By working directly at the customer’s factory, the I.C.T team helped ensure that the SMT line could move from equipment setup to stable production more efficiently.
During the project, I.C.T engineers focused on several key machines in the customer’s production process, including the I.C.T-4034 fully automatic SMT stencil printer, the I.C.T SPI solder paste inspection machine, the I.C.T Lyra733N modular hot air SMT reflow oven, and the I.C.T 5146 AOI inspection machine. The engineers inspected machine status, confirmed printing accuracy, supported solder paste inspection settings, checked reflow temperature performance, and assisted with AOI inspection program adjustment.
The on-site service also included practical training for the customer’s operators, engineers, and maintenance staff. I.C.T explained standard operating procedures, daily maintenance points, process control requirements, and common troubleshooting methods. Through hands-on guidance, the customer’s team gained a clearer understanding of how to operate each machine, monitor production quality, and respond quickly when process issues occur.
This support project in Nigeria reflects I.C.T’s ability to provide not only SMT equipment, but also complete technical service for global electronics manufacturers. With professional engineering support, reliable equipment performance, and responsive after-sales assistance, I.C.T will continue helping customers build efficient, stable, and high-quality SMT production lines worldwide.
