I.C.T Pre-Shipment Inspection for SMT Machine

Publish Time: 2026-03-14     Origin: Site

At I.C.T, quality control is an essential step before any equipment leaves the factory. To ensure reliability and stable performance, every SMT machine undergoes a strict two-stage pre-shipment inspection before packaging and delivery.

The first inspection focuses on appearance and configuration checks. After equipment assembly is completed, inspection engineers carefully examine the external condition of each machine, including the structure, panels, cables, and connectors. For example, when inspecting a solder paste stencil printer, engineers verify that key mechanical components and interfaces are correctly installed and securely fixed.

During this stage, the inspection team also confirms that all accessories and modules match the customer’s configuration. For inspection equipment such as SPI Inspection Machine, engineers ensure that sensors, cameras, and supporting components are properly installed and ready for operation.

After the appearance inspection is completed, the equipment proceeds to the second stage: functional and software testing. This process is carried out by I.C.T’s senior engineers, who perform detailed operational checks to verify that motors, sensors, and motion systems are functioning correctly.

For optical inspection equipment like AOI machines, engineers run system tests and verify software parameters to ensure stable detection performance and smooth operation.

Only after both inspection stages are successfully completed will the equipment proceed to final packaging and shipment. Through this strict inspection procedure, I.C.T ensures that every machine delivered to customers is fully tested and ready for reliable operation.
