On September 21, I.C.T engineers Allen and Roger traveled to Uzbekistan to provide on-site installation, training, and technical support for a local electronics manufacturer. The Customer produces computer motherboards and memory modules and is expanding its production capabilities with several new systems supplied by I.C.T.
During the visit, the engineering team will install and commission a range of equipment, including a PCB X-ray inspection system, an automated PCBA router machine, and a PCB laser marking machine. The project also includes an intelligent SMD storage rack, drying cabinets, and other supporting equipment for material storage and production management.
In addition to equipment installation, Allen and Roger will train the Customer’s operators and technical team on machine operation, programming, daily maintenance, and process control. They will also support trial production and assist the factory in completing 2,000 finished products. This hands-on production support will help the Customer verify the equipment, stabilize the manufacturing process, and prepare its team for independent operation.
