The system operates using environmentally friendly DI water and can clean multiple nozzles in a single cycle, helping manufacturers maintain stable placement quality while reducing maintenance time.
The machine uses a specially designed hydrodynamic system to create extremely fine water particles traveling at high velocity. These particles penetrate deep inside the nozzle cavity and remove contaminants that often remain after traditional cleaning methods.
