The I.C.T OFM-6D is a high-performance Odd Form Insertion Machine developed to automate the insertion of connectors, switches, sockets, coils, capacitors, and other irregularly shaped components. Designed for modern electronics manufacturing, it supports multiple component packaging and feeding methods, including tape, tube, bowl, tray, and box feeding. This flexible configuration allows manufacturers to automate complex through-hole assembly processes, reduce dependence on manual insertion, and maintain consistent production quality across different products.

Different feeder options can be selected according to the component shape, packaging type, and production volume. The bowl feeder automatically sorts, orients, and transfers loose components to the pickup position, making it particularly suitable for parts with complex shapes that do not require special packaging. The tape feeder advances taped components at a fixed pitch, supporting fast, accurate, and stable insertion for standardized mass production. The tube feeder delivers components arranged inside tubes one by one, offering reliable feeding, convenient material replacement, and a compact footprint. For loose components, the box feeder provides simple loading, fast changeover, broad size compatibility, and lower packaging costs. Combined with specially designed grippers, these modular feeders allow the machine to handle a wide range of odd-form components and switch efficiently between different production tasks.

Built on a high-rigidity cast structure, the I.C.T OFM-6D integrates a reliable servo system, precision ball screws, and high-quality motion components to ensure stable performance during long-term, high-speed production.
