I.C.T Ships SMT Production Line Equipment to the USA and Ukraine

I.C.T recently completed another round of equipment shipments to customers in the United States and Ukraine, supporting their electronics manufacturing projects with reliable SMT production solutions. These deliveries include an L8 reflow oven for the U.S. market and a fully automatic SMT production line for Ukraine, reflecting I.C.T's continued commitment to serving electronics manufacturers worldwide.

For the U.S. customer, I.C.T shipped an L8 eight-zone reflow oven, designed to provide stable temperature control and consistent soldering performance for PCB assembly. The eight-zone SMT reflow oven supports a wide range of electronic manufacturing applications, helping customers maintain reliable soldering quality and efficient production.

The shipment to Ukraine includes a fully automatic SMT production line featuring the I.C.T-5151 automatic solder paste printer, Lyra622D and Lyra622DND reflow ovens, and various PCB handling equipment. The dual-rail SMT reflow oven supports flexible PCB production requirements, while the dual-rail NG/OK conveyor helps manage PCB flow between production processes. Together, these machines are designed to improve production efficiency, maintain process consistency, and support automated PCB assembly operations.

Before shipment, I.C.T conducted equipment inspections and functional testing to verify machine performance and readiness for delivery. Each machine was then carefully packed to protect it during international transportation.
