The client, a leading manufacturer of beauty devices, requires exceptionally high-quality standards, and our turnkey solution has been configured to meet these precise demands.

The facility features three complete DIP production lines, each equipped with a combination of automatic insertion machines. These include both horizontal and vertical inserters, traditional wire inserters, and JUKI brand odd-form insertion machines for specialized components. At the back end of each line, I.C.T’s signature wave soldering system, the Acrab450, guarantees reliable and consistent soldering quality. This system is ideal for high-mix production environments like beauty devices, where precision and component integrity are essential. Each PCB assembly processed through these lines benefits from controlled soldering profiles, ensuring durable and defect-free connections for long-lasting device performance.

Given the critical nature of the client’s products, every assembled device will undergo a final functional circuit test (FCT) to verify performance and functionality. This ensures that each beauty instrument leaving the line meets the client’s stringent quality criteria.
