Today, I.C.T welcomed Hannah Miao, a journalist from The Wall Street Journal, together with a photographer, for an on-site visit and interview at our company. The visit focused on I.C.T’s development, factory operations, and the current situation of Chinese export-oriented manufacturing companies in the electronics industry.
During the visit, the I.C.T team introduced the company’s factory, production capacity, product range, and global service experience. As a company focused on SMT and electronics manufacturing solutions, I.C.T has worked with Customers in many countries and regions, helping electronics manufacturers build and improve their production lines. The visit gave the guests a closer look at how a Chinese manufacturing company operates, serves overseas markets, and responds to changes in the global electronics industry.
The interview also included an in-depth conversation with Henry, the founder of I.C.T. Henry shared the company’s development journey from the past to the present, and explained how I.C.T has grown from an equipment supplier into a provider of complete SMT production line solutions. He also discussed how the company continues to improve its capabilities in solution design, equipment integration, engineering support, installation, training, and long-term service.
A key part of the discussion was about the future of the electronics manufacturing industry and the development trend of Chinese export companies. In Henry’s view, global Customers are no longer only looking for machines. They pay more attention to complete solutions, reliable engineering support, fast response, and long-term cooperation. This means Chinese manufacturing companies need to move beyond simple equipment export and provide higher-value services, including factory planning, process support, technical training, and full production line integration.
The visit also reflected a broader interest in understanding the real situation of Chinese export manufacturers. Through direct communication with companies like I.C.T, international media can better understand how Chinese companies are adapting to global market changes, improving technical capabilities, and building stronger relationships with overseas Customers.
For I.C.T, this was not only a media interview, but also a meaningful exchange about manufacturing, technology, and global industry development. The conversation covered the past, present, and future of the company, as well as the opportunities and challenges facing the electronics manufacturing sector.
I.C.T will continue to focus on SMT production line solutions, electronics manufacturing equipment, and global engineering services. With practical experience from many overseas projects, I.C.T aims to provide reliable support for Customers who need professional manufacturing solutions, from single equipment supply to complete factory planning and production line implementation.
We sincerely thank Hannah Miao and the photographer from The Wall Street Journal for visiting I.C.T and for the open and thoughtful conversation. I.C.T looks forward to continuing to share the real voice and practical experience of Chinese electronics manufacturing with the global market.
