From Training to Friendship: I.C.T Engineers Prepare to Serve Customers in Mexico

After spending more than two months at I.C.T headquarters, Mexican engineers Ernesto and Luis are preparing to return home with new technical knowledge, valuable hands-on experience, and unforgettable memories with the I.C.T team.

During their time at I.C.T, Ernesto and Luis worked closely with the company’s engineering and sales teams. Their training covered the complete process of SMT, DIP, conformal coating, and related electronics manufacturing equipment. They systematically studied machine operation, production line configuration, installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical communication with customers.

The training was not limited to classroom instruction. Ernesto and Luis participated in daily factory operations and practiced directly on different machines. By working alongside experienced I.C.T engineers, they gained a deeper understanding of both presales technical support and after-sales service. This practical experience will help them respond more efficiently to customer requirements and solve equipment issues when they return to Mexico.

Over the past two months, Ernesto and Luis also became an important part of the I.C.T family. They shared meals with the team, worked together every day, and even joined the company’s Saturday factory cleaning activities. These ordinary moments created genuine friendships and strengthened the cooperation between the Chinese and Mexican teams.

As their departure approached, the I.C.T engineers and sales team felt reluctant to say goodbye. Before Ernesto and Luis returned home, everyone gathered for a farewell dinner to celebrate the time they had spent together.
