Recently, I.C.T successfully completed an overseas technical support project for a smartphone manufacturer in Algeria. Following the delivery of a complete SMT production line, I.C.T dispatched an experienced engineer to the customer's factory to provide on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training.
The project aimed to help the customer quickly establish local smartphone PCB assembly capabilities and ensure the new production line could enter operation smoothly.
During the service period, the I.C.T engineer worked closely with the customer's technical team to complete equipment installation, line commissioning, production testing, and process verification. Comprehensive training was also provided, covering equipment operation, routine maintenance, production management, and troubleshooting.
After installation and training were completed, the SMT production line entered trial production successfully and achieved stable operation. The customer's engineering team was able to independently operate and maintain the production line, laying a solid foundation for future mass production.
