A new SMT smart factory is now running in North America, and it is already producing the smart home appliances its owner built it for. I.C.T supported this customer from day one: our engineering team helped design the production floor, supplied a complete SMT Line, and sent engineers on site to install, commission, and train the local team until real products came off the line.
A smart factory is more than machines placed in a room. I.C.T delivered a connected production line where solder paste printing, placement, inspection, and reflow operate as one coordinated system, with data from every station helping the customer track yield and quality in real time. On the factory floor, our engineers handled the mechanical and electrical setup of each unit, tuned the process windows to the customer's specific smart-home boards, and walked operators through daily running, changeover, and upkeep — so the customer's own team can run the line independently and with confidence.
The outcome is concrete: the customer has already manufactured the smart home appliance products they needed, not just trial boards. This is exactly what I.C.T means by an overall 0–1 full SMT solution for the whole factory. We take responsibility from factory layout and line configuration through installation, debugging, and operator training, backed by global on-site technical support. Every one of these steps exists for a single purpose — better delivery to the customer.
Whether you make smart home devices, LED lighting, automotive parts, or medical electronics, I.C.T can tailor a smart SMT Line to your products and output targets.
