I.C.T Completes SMT Line And DIP Line Installation, Debugging And Training in Uzbekistan

Another global delivery completed - this time in Uzbekistan. I.C.T's technical engineers finished a full on-site technical support project for a customer who purchased both a complete SMT Line and a DIP Line from I.C.T. Covering machine installation, precision debugging, operator training, and trial production, the whole project was delivered step by step together with the customer's team, and the entire production line has now been successfully handed over and is already in daily operation.

During the on-site visit, the I.C.T engineers carried out the mechanical and electrical installation of the complete line, calibrated every machine to the customer's product requirements, and verified the whole process flow from solder paste printing and placement to wave soldering. They then provided hands-on training for the customer's operators and technicians, covering daily operation, program setup, changeover, and preventive maintenance. Finally, a full trial production run was completed under the guidance of our engineers - the customer's team successfully produced their first PCBA boards, confirming that the new SMT Line meets both yield and quality targets.
