I.C.T Builds LED Lighting Production Project for Italian Customer with Full On-Site Support

From an empty workshop to a working LED lighting production line - that is the project I.C.T recently completed for a customer in Italy. Our engineers traveled to Italy to help the customer build the LED lighting production project from the ground up: complete on-site installation, precision debugging, hands-on operator training, and full trial production support. Today, the customer's line is running smoothly, and their LED lamps are already coming off the production line with stable quality.

LED lighting production brings its own challenges: long and light PCBs, a wide mix of components, and strict requirements for solder joint consistency and reflow control. During the on-site visit, the I.C.T engineers installed and calibrated the complete SMT Line to the customer's LED board types, fine-tuned printing and placement parameters, and optimized the reflow profile to secure every solder joint. They then trained the customer's operators and technicians step by step, covering daily operation, program setup, and preventive maintenance. Finally, the whole line was verified in a full trial production run, and the customer successfully produced their LED lamps on their own.
