African Customer Visits I.C.T Factory for Full Auto SMT Line And DIP Line Training

I.C.T recently welcomed a customer from Africa to our manufacturing facility for a one-week technical training program before the shipment of their complete electronics production solution. The customer has purchased a Full auto SMT Line, a DIP Line, and a complete conformal coating line from I.C.T. All equipment has now completed production and internal testing. Before shipment, the customer visited the I.C.T factory to gain a deeper understanding of the machines, production processes, and daily operation requirements, helping their team prepare for a smoother production start-up after the equipment arrives at their factory.

During the training, I.C.T engineers provided systematic and hands-on technical guidance covering machine operation, parameter setting, production procedures, routine inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment care. The customer was able to operate the equipment directly under the guidance of our engineering team and learn how the different machines work together across the SMT, DIP, and coating processes. Special attention was given to practical production details, including correct machine start-up and shutdown procedures, consumable replacement, regular maintenance points, common alarm handling, and production safety. Through this factory-based training, the customer can become familiar with the complete production workflow before installation, reducing the learning curve and improving the efficiency of future production.

After approximately one week of training, I.C.T will complete the final equipment inspection and prepare all machines for international shipment. Each unit will be professionally packed and secured according to export transportation requirements before being delivered to the customer. This project demonstrates I.C.T's ability to provide more than individual machines: from complete SMT, DIP, and coating line planning to manufacturing, technical training, shipment, installation, and long-term support, I.C.T continues to help global electronics manufacturers build reliable and efficient production capabilities.
