A growing computer motherboard manufacturer in Uzbekistan recently partnered with I.C.T to enhance its production capabilities by investing in a complete SMT production line and DIP production line. The goal was clear: build a stable, scalable production system capable of meeting increasing demand while maintaining high product quality.
To ensure a smooth project rollout, I.C.T dispatched a team of experienced engineers to the customer’s facility in Uzbekistan for on-site technical support. From the initial setup to final production validation, our engineers worked closely with the customer’s team throughout every stage of the project.
On-site support included full equipment installation, line layout confirmation, and system integration across both SMT and DIP processes. Our engineers also carried out detailed machine calibration, process tuning, and trial production runs to ensure the entire line operated efficiently and consistently.
In addition, comprehensive operator training was provided, covering machine operation, daily maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. This enabled the customer’s team to quickly gain confidence in managing the new production lines independently.
With real-time technical guidance and fast problem-solving, the customer was able to significantly reduce ramp-up time and achieve stable mass production within a short period. The new SMT and DIP lines now deliver reliable output, improved efficiency, and consistent product quality.
