Italian LED Manufacturer Praises I.C.T On-Site Technical Support for New Production Line

An Italian LED manufacturer recently shared positive feedback after completing on-site technical support for its new production line. The I.C.T engineering team supported the customer from line setup through machine commissioning, operator training, and trial production, helping the factory move smoothly from installation to stable manufacturing.

During the project, the engineer completed the planned work within three weeks. All machines on the new LED production line were installed, tested, and prepared for production. The customer’s engineering team also received practical training covering machine operation, production setup, basic maintenance, and daily process management. After commissioning, the line successfully entered product production. The project was built around an integrated LED SMT production line solution, designed to support efficient and consistent LED manufacturing.

A key part of the line was the vacuum reflow oven for LED SMT assembly. During on-site optimization, the engineer improved the vacuum reflow process, resolved a PCB transfer issue, optimized the vacuum system, and adjusted process settings. According to the customer, these improvements reduced average solder joint voiding to around 3%, delivering a strong production result.
