I.C.T Successfully Completes On-Site Training Project in Kazakhstan SMT Factory

I.C.T is pleased to announce the successful completion of the on-site installation and training project at the Customer’s SMT production facility in Kazakhstan. After the full SMT line was delivered and installed, I.C.T engineers remained on-site to provide comprehensive technical support and hands-on training for the Customer’s production team.

During the training period, our engineers worked closely with the Customer to ensure a complete understanding of the entire SMT production process. The training covered solder paste printing, SPI inspection, pick and place operation, reflow soldering, AOI inspection, PCB loading and unloading, and full line connection. Instead of focusing only on theory, the training was conducted directly on the production line, allowing operators to learn real machine operation, parameter setting, program switching, and production monitoring in a practical environment.

In addition to operation training, I.C.T engineers also provided detailed guidance on daily maintenance and equipment care. This included cleaning key machine components, monitoring air pressure, inspecting sensors, maintaining nozzles and conveyors, and ensuring stable line performance. The Customer team also learned how to identify potential issues early and record maintenance activities, helping to improve long-term equipment reliability.

Furthermore, troubleshooting and basic fault handling were an important part of the training. The Customer’s engineers were guided on how to interpret alarm messages, handle feeder issues, check PCB transfer problems, and safely restart machines after downtime. This significantly improved the Customer’s ability to independently manage daily production and reduce operational interruptions.

At the end of the project, I.C.T engineers held a completion session with the Customer team and presented training certificates to recognize their participation and achievement. A group photo was taken to mark this successful cooperation and milestone in Kazakhstan.
