I.C.T Provides On-Site Dispensing and UV Curing Equipment Training in Germany

I.C.T recently sent a technical engineer to Germany to provide on-site installation, commissioning, and operation training for a customer’s dispensing and curing equipment. The service focused on helping the customer complete equipment setup smoothly and prepare the production process for stable daily operation.

During the visit, the I.C.T engineer installed and tested the I.C.T Hot Melt AB Auto Glue Dispensing Machine. The engineer worked with the customer’s production team to check machine positioning, dispensing parameters, material feeding, programming, and operating procedures. Practical training was also provided so that the operators could better understand routine production adjustments and basic maintenance.

The engineer also completed the setup and training for the I.C.T U2 UV Curing Oven. Key operating settings, curing process requirements, conveyor operation, daily inspection, and safety procedures were explained and demonstrated on site. The customer’s team was able to practice the complete production process under the engineer’s guidance.

Through this on-site technical support in Germany, I.C.T helped the customer complete the installation and training of the dispensing and curing equipment efficiently.
