At I.C.T, quality control is an important part of every equipment delivery. Before each SPI is shipped to the customer’s factory, I.C.T engineers carry out a complete inspection process to make sure the machine is ready for stable operation in an SMT production line.
As a key inspection machine after solder paste printing, SPI helps manufacturers check solder paste volume, height, area, offset, bridging, and insufficient printing before components are placed. For this reason, I.C.T engineers carefully verify the machine appearance, internal structure, electrical system, software interface, camera system, lighting condition, and conveyor transmission before shipment.
During the functional testing stage, engineers run sample boards through the SPI to check image capture, 3D inspection accuracy, PCB positioning, data stability, and SMEMA communication with other SMT machines. Each test helps confirm that the SPI can work smoothly with the stencil printer, pick and place machine, reflow oven, AOI, and the full SMT line.
Only after passing I.C.T’s strict inspection process can the SPI be approved for packing and shipment. This helps customers reduce installation risks, shorten preparation time, and start production more smoothly after the machine arrives at their factory.
I.C.T does not only provide single SMT machines. We focus on delivering reliable overall 0-1 SMT machine solutions for the whole factory, including equipment selection, line layout, process support, installation, training, and after-sales service. Through strict pre-shipment testing, I.C.T continues to support customers with stable equipment and dependable production solutions.
