Before shipment, I.C.T engineers carried out a full pre-shipment inspection for the coating flipper machine, ensuring the equipment meets internal quality standards and is ready for stable operation at the customer’s factory. This inspection is an important part of I.C.T’s quality control process, designed to reduce risks before delivery and support smooth production after installation.
At I.C.T, quality control starts from the early stage of each order. Once the project requirements are confirmed, our technical team begins planning the machine configuration, production process, and inspection standards. The equipment is checked step by step according to IQC, IPQC, and CQC procedures, covering mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, software settings, safety checks, and functional performance.
For each machine, I.C.T engineers follow a standard inspection checklist. The checklist not only focuses on the machine itself, but also considers how the equipment will work together with other machines in the customer’s production line. Before packing, the coating flipper machine is tested under real operating conditions to confirm stable flipping, smooth PCB transfer, reliable signal communication, and consistent running performance.
I.C.T also uses an internal storage and traceability system to record each order from production to shipment. Photos, videos, inspection sheets, and testing records are stored on I.C.T’s internal server and can be traced for up to three years. These documents are also shared with customers before shipment, helping them clearly understand the machine status and inspection results.
From inspection and testing to packing and delivery, every step reflects I.C.T’s commitment to high-quality equipment and responsible service. I.C.T does not simply sell machines — we work as a trusted long-term partner, helping customers build stable, efficient, and reliable PCBA production.
