Mexican Camera Manufacturer Visits I.C.T for RS-1R Pick & Place Machine Full Line Training and Inspection

I.C.T recently welcomed a valued partner from Mexico`s camera manufacturing industry to our headquarters for a week of equipment acceptance and technical training. The customer has purchased a complete RS-1R Pick & Place Machine production line to strengthen their high-tech camera production.

During their visit, the customer`s team carried out a full equipment inspection and acceptance test, ensuring the line met all production requirements before shipment. Guided by I.C.T engineer Roka, they also completed an intensive training program that combined classroom instruction with hands-on practice on the RS-1R system.

The training covered:

• Step-by-step equipment setup and verification

• Comprehensive RS-1R Pick & Place Machine operation

• Calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques

• Hands-on production runs for real-world application

By the end of the week, the customer`s engineers had gained the knowledge and practical experience needed to operate the new SMT production line with confidence.
