Two I.C.T PCB depaneling machines have just finished production in our workshop. Before they are packed and shipped to the customer, they now enter the most important stage of our factory process: full testing and aging.
First, our engineers run a complete inspection on every unit. Each machine goes through power-on checks, spindle and routing accuracy calibration, and platform alignment tests to confirm that every axis, camera, and cutting parameter meets our factory standard. Safety protection and dust extraction are verified as well, so the machine is ready for real production conditions from day one.
After inspection, the machines start the aging test. They run continuously for an extended period under simulated production load, which allows us to observe spindle temperature, motion stability, and cutting quality over time. Any weakness shows up here — not at the customer's factory. Only machines that pass the full aging cycle are approved for packing and shipment.
This strict process is one reason customers choose I.C.T: every depaneling machine leaves our factory already tested, aged, and proven stable. Once these two units finish aging, they will be carefully packed and sent on their way to support the customer's PCB separation line.
