This week, I.C.T sent one of our engineers to Thailand to provide on-site support for a customer who purchased one of our laser marking machines. The job? Get the machine up and running and make sure the customer’s team was fully trained and confident in using it.
After a smooth installation, our engineer walked the team through the ins and outs of the machine, covering everything from basic operation to maintenance and troubleshooting. The hands-on training made sure the customer’s engineers were all set to handle the machine on their own moving forward.
The customer was especially pleased with how smoothly everything went. Our engineer was able to answer all questions and provide customized support to fit the customer’s specific needs. With the installation and training complete, the team is now ready to integrate the new machine into their workflow and increase productivity right away.
By today, April 3rd, everything was successfully wrapped up, and the customer couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s another win for I.C.T global support, and we’re excited to continue our partnership with this customer on future projects.
