I.C.T Sales Team Celebrates Q3 Performance Achievement

Hard work deserves recognition. This week, I.C.T celebrated the sales team members who met their third-quarter performance targets.

Five team members stood out during the quarter. Nancy Zhou and Lily Li each closed ¥5 million in personal sales. Alicia Zhan, Mira Yang, and Lisa Zhao each reached the ¥2 million. Their combined efforts helped push the quarter forward and kept customer projects moving across multiple markets.

The company recognized their hard work with a performance reward. During a short office ceremony, each recipient received their award in front of colleagues. Colorful confetti filled the room as the team paused to mark the moment together.

At I.C.T, results matter, but people matter more. These achievements reflect not only individual drive but also the teamwork behind every quote, shipment, and site visit. Our sales team works closely with engineers and project managers to make sure every customer gets the right solution, from single machines to complete SMT production lines.
