I.C.T Prepares New SMT Equipment Shipment with Careful Multi-Layer Packing

Another batch of I.C.T SMT equipment is ready to leave the factory. Before delivery, every machine goes through our strict pre-shipment procedure to make sure it arrives at the customer's site in perfect condition.

Each unit has already completed detailed inspection and aging tests before packing. Only machines that pass all checks move on to the packing stage. In the workshop, our team wraps every machine layer by layer with protective foam and stretch film, sealing each unit completely against dust and moisture during long-distance transportation.

After wrapping, every machine is recorded one by one — model, product, packer, and packing date — so the whole shipment is fully traceable. The packed machines are then moved to the first floor, where they are vacuum-sealed in aluminum foil bags and fixed into solid wooden cases built for sea freight.

From testing to vacuum packing, every step follows the same standard: protect the machine as carefully as we build it. This shipment will soon be on its way to our customer, and we look forward to supporting the installation and ramp-up on site.
